Road Relays

There are championship road relays for all age groups from under 13 upwards at county, regional and national level, as well as some local open events.

Clubs can enter teams directly into championship relays in all female age groups, and in male age groups up to under 17. Senior and Junior (under 20) men must qualify for the National 6-stage and 12-stage Championships via the club's regional championships.

The Cheshire Relays are usually held in September within the North-west Counties Road Relay Championships, which is hosted alternately each year by either Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire or Merseyside. Awards are given on both a North-west and county basis.
