Spring 5

Chester and Ellesmere Port AC arranged the first race in 1993. In April 1998, CEPAC merged with Whitby Heath AC; the Spring 5 was the first promotion for the new club, West Cheshire AC.

Sutton Six 10K

The Sutton Six was initiated in 1982 as a fund-raising effort by Guilden Sutton Community Association towards the building of the village hall. The original route was measured at 6 miles 66 yards, at which it stayed until it increased to 10k in 1993 when the responsibility for the race passed to CEPAC.
